Presentation on M.W. Bro. James Noble Allan (P.G.M. 1965- 1967)

On Monday, 20 January 2025 at 7:00 pm, at St. James-Tecumseh Lodge No. 73, 45 Thames Road in St. Marys, ON, W. Bro. Allison Gowling will be giving a presentation on his book on our PGM, M. W. Bro. James Noble Allan (GM, 1965-1967).
In the past almost nine years since publishing my book on M. W. Bro. James Allan, I have given this presentation on my book some 18 or 20 times. However, this is the first time I will be giving a presentation with a family member present. Ms. Karen Neely, a great granddaughter of M. W. Bro. James Allan who resides in St. Marys.
This an incredible opportunity to give Ms. Neely the background, history and legacy of one of her family members she knows very little about, except that her great-grandfather was an “important Mason.”
I am preparing a much more detailed presentation so as to give our guest as much information about her great-grandfather and how he helped form and build, first Haldimand County, then Ontario, from 1915 to 1988.
I am honoured in the most wonderful way to make this presentation and I would like to take this opportunity to invite the Wilson District brethren to join me at St. James-Tecumseh Lodge No. 73 in St. Marys that night for this presentation.
I promise this evening will be filled with enlightenment, Masonic Education and fellowship.
