As a result of the positive feedback from the last social gathering I was asked to put together another social gathering.
Date : Saturday May 4th 2024, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Location : Chrissy’s Catering – 25 Brock Street West, Tillsonburg
Dress : casual, but no jeans no ball caps no T shirts.
Cost : $25.00 per person
The event will feature Hors D’oeuvres and a glass of complimentary wine or draft beer for each ticket purchased. There will be plenty hot food during the social hours. This is not a sit down meal but a “cocktail hour” with hot snacks, and any adult beverage etc you would like. After your free beer or wine you are on your own tab.
Invited: every mason in the District and they are encouraged to bring their significant other if they have one, but bachelors are equally welcome as well. Also any friend etc that you think would enjoy the gathering. This is about socializing and getting as many of our people out for a few hours in a social setting.
To purchase a ticket for the event you will be required to give cash to Ian Chappell in advance or e-transfer money to iangchappell@gmail.com
I am ensuring that those who say they are attending are paying upfront as I need to know hard numbers prior to the event. I will not be holding tickets at the door for anyone. I’ve been burned before.

You are cordially invited to attend the Oxford Lodge’s annual Ladies Lunch to be held at the Elm Hurst Inn on Sunday May 5th. Last years event was a great success and everyone had an enjoyable time

The cost of the Lunch is $44.00 plus 13% GST plus 18% gratuity for a grand total of $58.66 per person. Note that the tip is included.
Costco offers a $100.00 Elmhurst gift card for a cost $80.00 which will reduce the cost of the lunch.
As always children are invited to attend. Don’t be disappointed and make your reservation now as seating is limited.
